The service is mainly aimed at elderly people who live alone and need the support of an alarm system in the case of emergency. This can be activated through the simple use of a remote emercency button, or by phonecall. The alarm can be addressed to specialised facilities or directly to the family members and allow whom has requested the service and their families, to peacefully and safely live in their own home.
The request for access to the service is presented by the citizen to the Social Service of the Municipality of residence which, in turn, forwards the request, complete with the social report drawn up by the Social Assistant, to the Adult-Disabled Service of the Company for the final evaluation at the admission
