Out of hours emergency doctor

The service of continous assistance is active in various councils within the territory, where general doctors and pediatric family doctors are not bound to provide their service neither to be available. The doctor on duty is capable of offering outpatient visits as well as domiciliary visits, provide phone consultations, evaluate and manage acute health problems, prescribe therapy or medication for non extendable therapies or for continuous care, wounds medication, removing stiches, phleboclysis, nasale bleeding, antitetanus prophylaxis. Doctors can also provide medical certificates for employees for a maximum of 3 days.
